The First in Years...
... In fact - quite frankly a first 'full stop'.
A crop top.
I must have bought it at the start of the season - i.e. winter...
... And if I throw my head back and get in touch with the memory - I remember buying it to wear over bias cut dresses - i.e. nothing showing...
...But with the aid of my new exercise confidence - and - or - the bang on my head I wore it naked - you know what I mean!

The School Gate...
As Mushroom and I stand at the school gate I feel ok - sounds odd? but actually its taken me 4 weeks into the third term to realise that everyone waiting outside the gate feels awkward at times (if not for 2 terms and 3 weeks like me!). I know I stand out, I intrigue people, I don't conform but I'm ok with that - for today...

Roaring Success...
... I waited weeks for these jeans! Literally waiting for the second delivery to hit the store and boom! they were mine and I am over the moon - boring as it maybe - I love jeans, I love skinny jeans, I dislike jeans that 'bag' - but these are great! the recovery in the stretch is awesome, they are as soft as butter and as comfortable as my favourite track pants (well almost...).

So, Finally...
#LFW Moschino
... I have or thought I had a new coat - which obviously as I'm wearing it - I'm keeping it but as I was describing it to a friend - 'warm, over-sized, tartan, snuggly' their comment was - so you've bought a 'snuggie'... thanks Babe! Despite this comment (of which I did have to check quickly) I do still love my coat.

Today, Tumbles & Man Get Out...
So today (as I take a deep breath) was spent between the doctors and the x-ray department of the Homerton hospital...
After Mushroom took a tumble (or in fact a sliding sideways skid) at our local charity shop yesterday (at the time - all was ok I hasten to add). Anyway as the day drew to a close he was unable to put his full weight on his foot... And this morning - the same problem.
Our doctors is awesome! they squeezed him in, printed us a form and sent us on our way to the local x-ray department.
Hell on earth sums up the experience and only the bribery of visiting a friend at his awesome Reservoir Dogs Day Care (huge recommendation - its like home from home for Jasper & Sugar but actually cooler than our home...) got us through it (that - and the fact that when I burst into tears at the hospital they finally helped me... making a chicken out of a blue latex glove).
Anyway I think the day is nearly over. Mushroom still can't walk properly and me... well like I said my day is nearly over!

Tigers...
Ok so I really want the Kenzo sweatshirt / t-shirt, however 2 obstacles... firstly the price tag and secondly even if I wanted it enough to pay for it - you've got to get getting your hands on one!
Basically they are sold out prior to delivery.
However its funny once your eyes are open to something i.e 'the tiger' it can be found...
Tiger T-shirt - RSPCA Charity Shop (Stoke Newington) £4
Mohair Cardigan - Sick (Red Church St), Jeans - J Brand, Sneakers - Superga
And just to show off - I also found this one, two days later at Mind Charity Shop - Church Street for the sum price of £8! So yes! if you fancy the Kenzo sweatshirt and you can get your hands on one, go for it! Otherwise just check out those local charity shops... you never know...
