Having started (for the first time in 40 years) exercise - my body hates me (and I'm not so sure about my personal trainer - he makes me work!).
So to have pure comfort to 'slide' my feet into...

...yep - concussion, tired looking! but literally I'm about to knock that back out of me as I've booked a personal trainer... having never done exercise since leaving school (way, way back) its going to be...fun? but hey bikini shopping and my confidence is going to get better!
