... Which to be fair is unlike me. I fear groups, interaction with others, community stuff, being like others!?!?

A kind person invited me to join the #doodleadayjan and as its January (the start of all things new / exciting / scary and in a moment of not-me-ness I said yes...

Today was #reflection and it made me think as I looked at my own reflection - this jogging bottom business (and not with heels!) has to stop. What would be ideal reflection be...

Dressing in Stripes...

The Cornwall holiday morning had arrived! No-one was packed or ready... so each to our own, we dressed and packed (I, obviously packing for Mushroom).
Breakfasted, we nipped out to give Jasper and Sugar a wee walk before the long and arduous journey (why does it always take us a full day to travel anywhere we go - NY, Italy, Cornwall...).

Anyway,

A woman shouts to us 'stripes in fashion then?'
I think 'something I probably shouldn't think or write' and then for some reason look at us (probably for the first time in the day)...

Each one of us dressed in a stripy top!

Stripe Top - ASOS, Zebra Tee - H&M, Bottoms - Primark, Shoes - Toms

Mushroom - Stripe Tee & Bottoms - Zara, Crocs - Crocs

Top to Toe Stripes...

So, as seaside holidays approach and tiredness increases my subconscious must be thinking nautical... that and fresh air, books, time to finish a cup of tea (whilst still hot), family fun, frolics and fish & chips!

Italy...

Italy! Fun, frolics and ice-cream... mixed with a dash of shopping, soup-son of viewing castles (with flags - obviously we have a Mike the Knight fan!) and a huge amount of family time (although we all desperately missing are fabulous Miniature Schnauzers - Jasper & Sugar). So best console ourselves with shopping and refresh ourselves with ice-cream...
