Frills, Spills & Reinventing...

...A day will come when I'm wearing 50's style petticoats, I'm sure.

To be fair they aren't 50's style - they are the genuine item - 1950s petticoats.

However I digress (I do that a lot nowadays).

Due to an active 4 year old, 2 monkeys (aka mini schnauzers) I'm back to denim (plus to fair isn't denim all the rage...), so they have been relegated to curtains.

Well, perhaps more a pelmet.

Vintage Florals...

Two days ago I received a wee message from a fab friend who owns an even more fabulous vintage shop - The Shop (literally!) that he had a new batch of stock from a single owner and ranging from 1930 to 1970. Lets be honest, within ten minutes I was stood outside The Shop!
So having spent the last two days admiring, preening and cleaning I am nearly ready to start wearing...
